Hi!

I’m Vinicius or Vini, originally from Brazil but now living in Spain — a place I’ve called home for nearly eight years. My journey has been anything but typical. I started working when I was just 14, not because I had to, but because I wanted to grow, to be independent, and to chase my goals early on.

That mindset has shaped everything I do. I’ve always been driven by a strong sense of purpose, both in my personal life and career. Over the years, I’ve explored different paths — from business administration and customer service to digital marketing — and each experience has helped me build a broader vision of how businesses and people connect.

Right now, I’m studying Business & IT to bring both worlds together — strategy and technology. I believe in becoming a 360º professional who understands the big picture but can also dive deep when needed. Alongside my studies, I’m sharpening my skills in data analysis and social media management and picking up a new language (French!) to open even more doors in the future.

If I had to highlight four things that truly define me, I’d say:

• Adaptability – moving countries, cultures, and careers taught me how to embrace change and stay grounded.

• Resilience – I don’t give up easily; I see setbacks as setups for comebacks.

• Communication – I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and finding the best way to share ideas.

• Curiosity – I’m always learning, always looking for what’s next.
